Deleting your data

You can remove your data from Laetium at any time.

Disconnecting a social account

Removing Laetium from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads account (or disconnecting it in Settings → Accounts) deletes that connection and its stored access tokens. Meta notifies Laetium automatically when you remove the app, and Laetium acts on it without you contacting anyone.

Deleting your whole Laetium account

Sign in and go to Settings → Privacy. Export your data first, then request deletion. Deletion is confirmed by email. Laetium then permanently anonymises your profile: your email address, name and avatar are erased, your password and two-factor secrets are destroyed, you are signed out everywhere, your API keys are revoked, and you are removed from every workspace. Content that belongs to a workspace you shared with other people (scheduled posts, media) stays with that workspace so your teammates do not lose their work. To delete a workspace and everything in it, delete the workspace first, or email the address below.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacylaetium@doombringerz.com from the address on the account and a person will handle the request. Under the GDPR, Laetium responds within one month.
