Withdraw from your contract

If you subscribed to Laetium as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it started. You do not have to give a reason. You do not need to be signed in.

Fill in the form, check the summary, then press Confirm withdrawal. Laetium emails you an acknowledgement with the content of your statement and the date and time it was received. The rules on the refund are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Withdrawal statement

Ridoco (KvK 95439609, Netherlands), trading as Laetium, is the controller for what you enter here. It is used to process your withdrawal and to keep proof of it. The legal basis is the legal obligation to handle and acknowledge withdrawals, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. It is kept for seven years from the end of the year it is received, then deleted. A statement that matches no Laetium account is deleted 24 months after it is received. Your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
